Had the best lymphatic massage with Sarah At the Menai clinic . From start to finish I was put at ease everything was explained about the treatment. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. Sarah told me to do some exercises that will improve my drainage. I walked into the clinic feeling heavy and bloated. Walked out of there feeling so much lighter and pain was eased on my knees. I honestly can’t praise The Leaf Clinic in Menai Bridge highly enough . Chris the Osteopath has been fantastic with helping me with my back problems . He’s very knowledgeable and super friendly and immediately put me at ease . I was in so much pain when I first started going to see Chris but after 4 sessions over 5 weeks , I am now completely pain free . Also a big thank you too to the lovely receptionist who was always extremely friendly and very helpful. I have the head to toe full body massage. She starts at my feet with a full half hour reflexology treatment. She then follows with a full hour massage on the body. I booked in for acupuncture with Carole and the service and insight that was delivered was amazing. After 1 week from my first session I felt so much better. I booked in for another session and appreciated Carole’s honesty about not needing to book more weekly sessions due to the positive response to the treatment. Presented with really bad neck shoulders and upper back pain from years of working for the NHS. Repetitive strain injuries. My appointments for deep muscle massages were with Elen Ifan. Many thanks to the team at LEAF who are always efficient and friendly! I have been undertaking sessions with Patrick, who is a very thorough counsellor providing insight into many aspects of emotional struggles. He has been so incredibly kind and helpful, offering much appreciated advice. I look forward to another session. LEAF offer a variety of services, and although I have only booked in with the team for counselling, my experience has been excellent and instills confidence that the rest of their services are much the same.
