Sarah is passionate about the power of reflexology to relax, reduce stress and promote wellbeing. She has a good understanding of the impact of chronic illness including CFS, ME, fibromyalgia and MCS and has personal experience of some of these.
Having suffered with a chronic illness herself, she knows how debilitating it can be and understands the importance of a holistic approach to healing. Sarah offers a gentle, nurturing approach and is sensitive, empathetic and caring.
Sarah also offers reflexology during pregnancy and during the postnatal period. During pregnancy, reflexology can help both emotionally and physically with the changes a woman will experience. There is plenty of anecdotal evidence from women who feel they have benefited from reflexology throughout their pregnancy. After the birth, reflexology can help restore balance and help the woman to focus on her own wellbeing as she adjusts to caring for her child.
Sarah does not treat during the first trimester. Sarah trained at the London School of Reflexology and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Sarah has been using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) since 2015, at first on herself, then as a practitioner. She has found it a very effective tool in her own journey with chronic illness and also as a self-development technique. She is keen for others to do the same.
She is a member of EFT International.
