Lucy is a clinical massage therapist with a background in nursing and over 12 years of NHS clinical experience including orthopaedics, general surgery, and A&E/minor injuries. She holds an OCN London accredited Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy from the North London School of Sports Massage.
Lucy’s approach brings together her deep clinical knowledge with a lifelong interest in body mechanics and movement, drawn from her personal background in gymnastics, rowing, weightlifting, CrossFit, and rock climbing. Her clinical background underpins her practice, bringing active listening, clear communication, and client-centred care to every session.
Lucy offers individualised, strategic treatments, working at a pace the body’s tissues can respond to — helping clients improve movement, relieve discomfort, and manage chronic tension. She also offers preventative care to address issues early, alongside relaxation and pain relief, helping the body stay balanced and well.
Each session begins with understanding what the body needs. Treatment plans are personalised around each client’s specific concerns, helping them feel restored and revitalised.
