Keira, is an award winning, Welsh and English speaking clinician, who possesses an extensive portfolio as a Royal Navy mental health nurse and mental wellbeing practitioner.
From providing therapeutic interventions across the world, to successfully running a pilot study, she remains highly passionate in her role.
After leaving the Royal Navy in early 2023, Keira decided that she wanted to promote the same passion in the community.
Specialising in early, low level interventions, Keira is able to offer children (primary school age+) and adults, skills, techniques and knowledge that can promote a healthier mental wellbeing and increased resilience. Techniques include CBT, counselling, sand play and more.
Keira offers face-to-face, online and telephone appointments, all of which are available to book online at LEAF Health Llandudno and LEAF Health Menai Bridge.
