Judith is a pluralistic counsellor who draws upon a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to best support and help her clients. She works in a person-centred way, prioritising open communication to find an approach that feels comfortable for the client.
Judith has experience of working with clients on issues including depression, anxiety, family stresses particularly with a neurodivergent aspect, stress, loss and bereavement.
In addition, Judith brings experience in individual and family support, mentoring, and psychoeducation.
With a coaching qualification, she can integrate these approaches and insights into the work together.
Judith has experience working with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults through her therapeutic work within education, counselling, and specialist support for parents of neurodivergent children.
