Sneha is a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist who works with adults aged 18 and over.
Brought up in a culture where mental health was rarely acknowledged, Sneha was inspired to create a space where seeking support is encouraged.
She understands that in today’s fast-paced world, it can be easy to feel alone or disconnected, even when surrounded by people. The pressures of work, relationships, family responsibilities, and/or everyday life can leave little time to pause, reflect, or prioritise our own wellbeing. Over time, these experiences can become overwhelming, making it difficult to understand what we are feeling or why. Or you may have experienced something painful that has left you unsure of where to go from here.
She aims to provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and able to explore whatever has brought them to therapy.
