Mae hyn yn rhoi pobl mewn mwy o berygl o'r anhwylder gwreiddiol yn dychwelyd.   <\/p>\n<p>Ffordd arall o lanhau'r awra a chydbwyso chakras yw trwy sesiwn Reiki Seichim gan fod Seichim yn gweithio ar bob lefel awrig.
