RTT diagnoses what works with clients with the use of relaxation, regression and hypnotic conditioning.\u00a0We know that clients are time-starved and come to us in pain, both physically and emotionally. Jenny has a Diploma in Acupuncture, Cupping therapy, Tuina (Chinese Medical Massage) and Moxibustion. She can also incorporate Qi Gong into her treatments where applicable, to aid the clients' overall health and well-being and to increase the effect of the treatments.\u00a0 She also does cosmetic acupuncture and auricular acupuncture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jenny is able to treat many disorders including musculoskeletal conditions, digestive, skin, and fertility complaints.\u00a0 She is\u00a0particularly interested in the emotional\/mental well-being of\u00a0clients and has had positive results in this field, using all her therapies to treat depression, anxiety, and addictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Julie has a BSC Hons degree in Sports Health and Exercise Science and Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage.\u00a0 She continues to read current research and attend shorts courses and exhibitions to develop her skillset.\u00a0 Julie is a member of the Sports Massage Association.<\/p>\n

Whilst at university she treated the women\u2019s rugby team and various athletes and continues to deliver post event massage across North Wales.\u00a0 Julie is passionate about skiing and combined work with pleasure to deliver soft tissue and remedial therapy to skiers through the 2017\/2018 season in the French Alps.\u00a0 In July she returned to the Alps to work with amateur cyclists who were cycling stages of the Tour de France.<\/p>\n

Common issues Julie addresses range from postural discomfort, pain from modern repetitive movement patterns through to injuries brought on by active lifestyles.<\/p>\n
