Dr John H Griffiths
Director | Osteopathy
John has diverse experience in life, business and research. He is a registered osteopath with over thirty years in private practice and has helped LEAF Health become the largest practice of its kind in North Wales, and aims oversee its further development into one of the most influential health improvement organisations in Britain.
Director | Hypnotherapy
As Operations Manager, Janet is helping to improve the services offered at LEAF Health coming from a background of setting up and running private medical practices in and around Harley Street, London. She is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in anxiety, weight loss and smoking cessation.

Rob gained a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Chinese Medicine and then completed a 2-year post graduate study with world-renown Prof. Shulan Tang. His training covered many traditional subjects associated with Chinese medicine such as Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Tuina (medical massage), Cupping, Moxibustion, as well as Western medicine pathophysiology.
Rob is currently the Course Director and Senior Lecturer at one of the top private acupuncture and Chinese medicine colleges in the UK, whilst guest lecturing in acupuncture and medical massage throughout the UK and Ireland. He is also a Co-Founder and Lecturer at the Xiantian College of Chinese Medicine.

Kate believes strongly in the importance of maintaining good health, and integrating the natural methods of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine with western medicine to achieve the best results. Her field of expertise and interest include: Stress, anxiety, and other emotional disorders; Epilepsy and neurological disorders; Women’s health; Fertility (male and female); Digestive health; Respiratory health; Musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
Val Wynn Jones
Osteopathic Assistant, Massage & Beauty Treatments
Val started work as a newly qualified therapist in 1989 and is therefore LEAF Health’s longest serving employee. She continues to work as an Osteopathic Assistant as well as maintaining and building up her own client base offering Therapeutic, Sports and Aromatherapy Massage, and a wide range of Beauty treatments.

Sarah joined LEAF Health in 2011 and is a highly qualified therapist with treatments including Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Massage. She has built a considerable reputation and also provides a valuable service as an Osteopathic Assistant. A sympathetic and approachable person, Sarah continues to contribute to the clinics in many ways.
1-to-1 Breathwork & Yoga plus Group work
Susan simultaneously trained as an Occupational Therapist and Yoga Teacher, qualifying in 1991. She has a broad experience over 24 years of using movement, relaxation and breathing techniques to support conventional medicine. She specialised in community mental health and set up a complementary pain management program in a general hospital. Working for Dru (yoga) worldwide, she has trained yoga teachers and taught workshops and retreats in the UK, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and India.
Amy has a Masters degree in Osteopathy from Swansea University and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She provides an holistic and tailored treatment for musculoskeletal conditions including arthritic pain, sports injuries, headaches, back and neck pain, sciatica and much more.
Pat is a fully accredited Nutritional Therapist, registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She trained at the UK College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH), graduating with distinction in 2008. One of Pat’s areas of interest is professional regulation and she is currently a Registrant member of the CNHC Board.

Jan is a MBACP Registered Counsellor. She has a BA in Social Policy and Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling, and Counselling Studies (including CBT), she is also a qualified Counselling Supervisor. Jan has worked within the NHS, Cruse, and Educational settings having worked with Children and Young people providing Trauma counselling for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She also works with couples and families as well as individuals and has substantial experience working with LGBT issues.
Jan practices Mindfulness and has an interest in neuroscience and creativity and its use in counselling work, Zen, Eco Therapy and aims to offer a flexible but professional approach to all clients.

Integrative Counselling, Psychotherapy
Ivama is an experienced and fully qualified practitioner (MBACP) specialising in the Integrative Holistic model to help her clients make long lasting positive changes to their sense of self, relationships, work and life in general. Her work with clients includes depression, anxiety, post-natal depression, bereavement, loss, addictive behaviours and more. In her work she draws upon a variety of approaches including CBT, Psycho-dynamic, Jungian, TA and Gestalt.

Spiritual Healing is a holistic therapy that utilises life energy force to boost the immune system and to help body/mind restore balance and well-being. Being an energy there is no limit as to how far healing can reach in order to help increase vitality and boost the body’s natural ability to heal itself. This gentle and yet powerful therapy is suitable for all ages and can help dissolve physical, mental, emotional or spiritual unease. Healing session lasts approximately 50 minutes and included the initial consultation. The cost is £35 per session.

Keith is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The BACP is one of the UK’s main professional bodies for psychotherapists, one of its primary functions being to ensure safe and effective practice by its members.
Keith provides ‘Person-Centred Therapy’, a psychotherapy based around the understanding that within each of us is the capacity and resource necessary to address our concerns and move towards a more satisfying life. Person-centred therapy seeks to facilitate this process by providing a helpful and safe environment to explore thoughts, feelings or whatever it is that is difficult or important for you.
Sessions last 1 hour and are £35 (concessions available – please ask).
